Unidentified Suspect Wanted for False Imprisonment

Up to $10000 Reward

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Western Division are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unidentified suspect wanted for false imprisonment. On August 20, 2020, at 11:17 a.m., an unknown adult male suspect entered the women’s locker room at the UCSD Clinical Training Facility located at 210 Dickenson St, in San Diego. A 30-year-old female victim was using the restroom inside the locker room when the suspect walked inside. The female tried leaving the restroom but was being blocked by the suspect. The suspect asked the victim, “Don’t you want this” while gesturing to his body.

The suspect then left the restroom, but held onto the outside doorknob to keep the victim from locking the door. The suspect walked back inside the restroom and blocked the victim’s exit once again. This occurred a total of four times before the victim was able to lock herself inside the locker room until the suspect left. The victim waited until she heard a coworker in the hallway before leaving the locker room. The victim went outside the building to call for help and saw the suspect near another building.

The victim ran from the area and called 911. Suspect’s Description: The suspect is described as a White male, possibly 6 feet tall, thin build, unshaven, short dark colored hair with a gray patch near his right temple. The suspect has a tribal design tattoo that circles around his right arm and has various tattoos on his left arm. At the time of the incident, the suspect was wearing khaki shorts and a yellow colored reflective vest and dark colored tennis shoes.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Oceanside Police Department’s Family Protection Unit are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify and locate the suspect responsible for a sexual battery series. 

Since June 2020, Oceanside Police Department officers have responded to 7 calls of peeping and indecent exposures at or near the River Oaks Apartments, located at 3880 San Ramon Drive, in Oceanside. On September 5, 2020, the suspect grabbed a female and sexually assaulted her. 

The incidents occurred on: 

June 18, 2020 or June 25, 2020 – 3700 block of San Ramon Drive 

June 27, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

August 8, 2020 – 200 block of Rancho Del Oro Drive 

August 19, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

August 26, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

September 5, 2020 – 3700 block of San Ramon Drive 

September 5, 2020 – 300 block of Rancho Del Oro Drive 

Suspect’s Description : The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s or 30’s, 5’10” to 6’ tall, black hair, military cut and slim muscular build. The suspect is usually naked, has a medium-sized tattoo on his left arm and possibly on his chest.

John Caston is wanted by the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation for failing to comply with the terms and conditions of his parole.  Caston is considered a parolee at large (no bail).  Caston is on parole for failing to register as a sex offender.  Caston has previous convictions for indecent exposure, failing to register as a sex offender, parole violations, robbery, and narcotic sales.  Caston is known to frequent the East Village area of San Diego.

San Diego County Crime Stoppers along with investigators from the San Diego Police

Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and

locating an unknown suspect wanted for a sexual assault that occurred in the

Talmadge area of San Diego.

On March 22, 2019, at approximately 5:35 a.m., San Diego Police Officers responded

to a radio call of a sexual assault in the 4400 Block of 50th Street. After sexually

assaulting the adult female victim, the suspect demanded the victim give him her

money and car keys. The suspect subsequently stole the victim’s vehicle, which was

recovered unoccupied within one mile of the crime scene. After the victim could no

longer hear the suspect in her home, she ran to a neighbor’s home stating she had just

been sexually assaulted. The neighbor immediately called the police to report the

crime.

Officers arrived at the scene and located a male who matched the suspect’s

description on foot and was leaving the area of the victim’s home. The male fled

towards the west alley of 4400 50th Street. The officers lost sight of the suspect and

were unable to apprehend him. The investigation is ongoing.

Suspect’s Description:

The suspect is described as a Black male, 25 to 30-years-old, 6’0” tall, 230 to 250 lbs.,

muscular build, clean shaven, short black wavy hair, wearing a black jacket with white

along the shoulders and chest, and blue jeans. The suspect had a deep voice.

Sheriff’s Department’s Child Abuse Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate the suspect responsible for sexually assaulting of a child in Lemon Grove.

On Thursday, October 18th at about 2:00 a.m. in the 7000 block of Canton Drive in

Lemon Grove, a Black male adult entered the home of a family with two children. The male was discovered inside the home by the homeowners. A family member confronted the intruder and tried to restrain him but the intruder was able to escape. The intruder assaulted one of the young children in the home prior to fleeing.

The suspect is described as a Black male, 20-25 years old, standing about 5’07” tall, with a thin build. He was last seen wearing a black hoodie and black gym pants. He may have arrived to the residence on a skateboard so he could be from the area.

Unknown Suspect Wanted for Sexual Assault

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a sexual assault that occurred in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. 

On October 1, 2018, at approximately 1:45 a.m., an unknown male entered a residence located in the 900 block of Chalcedony Street, in San Diego. The victim/resident, a twenty-eight-year-old female, was asleep at the time. The male entered through an open window. The male sexually assaulted the victim. When confronted, the suspect fled the residence in an unknown direction. Detectives are aggressively investigating this case and are searching for additional witnesses and evidence. 

The victim described the suspect as a White male, about 40-years-old, and bald. The suspect was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt.

Suspect Wanted for Lewd & Lascivious Acts with Minors

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Child Abuse Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate the suspect responsible for committing lewd and lascivious acts with two minors at the Kaiser Zion Hospital in San Diego. 

On August 25, 2018, at approximately 10:40 a.m., an unknown adult male suspect got into an elevator inside the Kaiser Zion Hospital located at 4647 Zion Avenue, in San Diego. Two 13-year-old females were already inside the elevator when the suspect entered it. While inside the elevator, the suspect attempted to hug and kiss both victims. The suspect did kiss one of the victim’s hair and told both of them that they “looked pretty.” The suspect told both victims that he wanted to have sex with them. 

The elevator stopped on the main lobby floor, where the suspect got out. The suspect was last seen leaving the lobby area and headed towards the parking lot. The victims reported the crime to family who then called the San Diego Police Department. The suspect had fled the area before officers arrived.

Suspect Wanted for Lewd and Lascivious Act on a 14-Year-Old Girl

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Vista Sheriff’s Station are asking for the public's help to locate an unknown suspect wanted in connection with a lewd act on a 14-year-old girl.

On March 21, 2018 at about 7:00 p.m., a man walked into the Panda Express located at 20 Main Street in Vista and grabbed the buttocks of a 14-year-old girl while she was waiting in line to order food.  The suspect never said anything and quickly exited the restaurant.  He was last seen leaving the scene in a black sedan.  

The suspect is described as a Black male between 35 to 45-years old, standing 5’9” tall and weighing about 200 pounds.

Unidentified Suspect Wanted for Sexual Assault

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit Division are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a sexual assault.   

On March 14, 2018, at about 11:00 p.m., an adult female victim left a business located along University Avenue in the Hillcrest area and approached a vehicle that was waiting in the roadway.  Believing it was the ride that was requested, the victim entered the vehicle and it drove away.  A short time later, the male driver of the vehicle sexually assaulted the victim.  The victim was released and police were called.  Detectives are currently searching for additional witnesses and evidence.  

The victim described the suspect as a Hispanic male, about 40-years-old, having a receding hair line, and a mustache.  The vehicle was described as being a dark colored 4-door sedan.

Unidentified Suspect Wanted for Sexual Battery

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Child Abuse Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a lewd & lascivious act with a minor under the age of 14 that occurred in the College Grove Mall area.     

On December 16th, 2017, at approximately 6:30 p.m., an unknown adult male grabbed the buttocks of a nine-year-old female inside the Ross store, located at 3450 College Avenue – College Grove Mall, while she was looking at toys with her three-year-old sister. 

Suspect’s Description: 

Due to the victim’s age, it is difficult to determine the suspect’s height, weight, and age; however, surveillance video inside the store captured the incident and the suspect appeared to be a white or light skinned Hispanic male, mid 20’s to 30’s, his height and weight are difficult to determine, but he appears to have a normal build.  

The suspect was seen on surveillance video wearing a dark colored baseball hat with a light colored emblem on the front, a dark colored long sleeved V-neck style sweater or shirt, black shorts, white socks, and black and white tennis shoes with white trim and a white design on the side. 

The suspect was at the College Grove Mall on December 16th, 2017, between 5:58 p.m. and 6:40 p.m. and was also seen inside neighboring stores, Target and Kohl’s.  It is possible the suspect was travelling in a dark colored sedan.

On October 12, 2017, at approximately 6:35 a.m., the victim, a 15-year-old female was walking alone from her house to Mira Mesa High School. The suspect approached the female from behind and engaged her in conversation as she was walking westbound on 8800 Hillery Drive. Shortly after, the suspect sexually battered the victim. The suspect fled the area on foot and was last seen walking southbound through a residential complex along 8800 Hillery Drive.

The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 42-years-old, 5’2” tall, normal build, short dark colored hair, wearing a light blue short-sleeved shirt and baggie blue jeans.The suspect spoke with a thick Spanish accent.

Unidentified Suspect Wanted for Sexual Assault

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a burglary and sexual assault.

On Thursday, August 17, 2017, at approximately 1:44 a.m., San Diego Police Communications was contacted regarding a burglary hot prowl in the 2400 block of India Street.   San Diego Police Central Division officers responded to the scene. 

Through the investigation, it was determined an unknown male entered the residence of the victim through an open bedroom window, as she and other occupants of the house slept. The victim awoke and screamed when the male touched her inappropriately.  A resident of the apartment chased the male as he fled out of the front door.  The male was last seen running out of the apartment complex via the east gate leading to 2400 India Street. 

Video surveillance was obtained depicting the suspect walking onto the property via a pedestrian walkway located on the north side of the apartment complex.

The suspect is described as a White male with a tan complexion or Hispanic male, between 25 to 30-years-old, 5’9” tall, weighs 170 lbs., brown eyes, mustache and beard with brown medium length hair.  The suspect was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.

Unknown Suspects Wanted for Sexual Assault and Robbery

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating two suspects responsible for a home invasion robbery and sexual assault in the University Heights area.  

On August 8, 2017, at approximately 10:00 a.m., and unknown adult male and adult female suspect forced their way inside a residence located in the 4000 block of Texas Street, in San Diego. The residence was occupied by an adult female at the time.  During this incident, the male suspect sexually assaulted the victim while the female suspect ransacked the residence. Both suspects left the residence and fled the area. It is unknown if the suspects used a vehicle or were on foot. 

Suspects’ Description:

The male suspect is described as Black, 30 to 40-years-old, 6’0” to 6’2” tall, 170 to 180 lbs., dark brown hair, brown eyes, wearing a black or dark blue t-shirt and white shoes. 

The female suspect is described as White, 40 to 50-years-old, 5’5” tall, stocky build, dirty blonde hair, and was wearing an oversized maroon colored hooded sweatshirt.

Raroque has previous convictions for sexual battery, burglary, possession of stolen property, DUI, brandishing a weapon at another person, and vehicle tampering. Raroque is known to frequent the Lemon Grove and La Mesa area.

Rosendo Gomes is not known to frequent a particular neighborhood and may be anywhere in San Diego County.
