Unknown Suspect Wanted for Sexual Assault

Up to a $1,000 Reward Offered

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Sex Crimes Unit are asking for assistance from the public to help identify and locate an unknown suspect wanted for a sexual assault that occurred in the Pacific Beach area of San Diego. 

On October 1, 2018, at approximately 1:45 a.m., an unknown male entered a residence located in the 900 block of Chalcedony Street, in San Diego. The victim/resident, a twenty-eight-year-old female, was asleep at the time. The male entered through an open window. The male sexually assaulted the victim. When confronted, the suspect fled the residence in an unknown direction. Detectives are aggressively investigating this case and are searching for additional witnesses and evidence. 

The victim described the suspect as a White male, about 40-years-old, and bald. The suspect was last seen wearing a short sleeve shirt.
