Unknown Suspect Wanted for Sexual Battery Series

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the Oceanside Police Department’s Family Protection Unit are asking for the public’s assistance to help identify and locate the suspect responsible for a sexual battery series. 

Since June 2020, Oceanside Police Department officers have responded to 7 calls of peeping and indecent exposures at or near the River Oaks Apartments, located at 3880 San Ramon Drive, in Oceanside. On September 5, 2020, the suspect grabbed a female and sexually assaulted her. 

The incidents occurred on: 

June 18, 2020 or June 25, 2020 – 3700 block of San Ramon Drive 

June 27, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

August 8, 2020 – 200 block of Rancho Del Oro Drive 

August 19, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

August 26, 2020 – 3800 block of San Ramon Drive 

September 5, 2020 – 3700 block of San Ramon Drive 

September 5, 2020 – 300 block of Rancho Del Oro Drive 

Suspect’s Description : The suspect is described as a white male, in his 20’s or 30’s, 5’10” to 6’ tall, black hair, military cut and slim muscular build. The suspect is usually naked, has a medium-sized tattoo on his left arm and possibly on his chest.
