Suspect Wanted for Vehicle Burglary

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Northern Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect responsible for a vehicle burglary that occurred in the Clairemont Mesa area.
On November 12th, 2024, at approximately 10:15 a.m., a victim withdrew $1,300 in cash from the Bank of America located at 5851 Balboa Ave., in San Diego. At about 11:00 a.m., the victim drove to a nearby church and parked his vehicle in the parking lot, leaving the cash inside the center console of the vehicle. At about 11:15 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the front passenger window of the victim’s vehicle taking the cash and the victim’s debit card from the center console.
Suspect’s Description:
SDPD Detectives reviewed security footage at both locations and identified a suspect vehicle that is possibly a newer model Nissan Sentra, silver in color, with a black strap around the trunk. The suspect appears to be an unknown race male who is in his 20’s to 30’s.
