Suspect Wanted for Armed Robbery

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Robbery Division are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect who committed an armed robbery at a Chevron gas station in the Kearny Mesa area of San Diego.
On March 19, 2024, at 4:08 a.m., an unknown male suspect entered the Chevron gas station located at 7737 Balboa Avenue, in San Diego. The suspect pointed a black semi-automatic handgun at the clerk and demanded money. The clerk complied and the suspect stole an undisclosed amount of cash. The suspect left the store and was last seen running in a southeast direction towards a nearby parking lot.
Suspect’s Description:
The suspect is described as a Hispanic male, 25 to 30-years-old, approximately 5’10” tall, thin build, wearing a black “SD” hat, black hooded sweatshirt, black pants, black gloves with white writing along the knuckles, and black and white athletic shoes.
