UP TO $1000 REWARD

San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit are asking for the public’s help in identifying and locating the suspect responsible for the murder of 23-year-old Najee Woods.

On January 10, 2023, at 9:16 p.m., San Diego Police Officers responded to a shooting at 6200 Akins Avenue, in the Encanto area of San Diego. Upon arrival, they found a male suffering from a gunshot wound to his upper body. Unfortunately, the male, who was later identified as Najee Woods, was pronounced deceased at the scene at 9:33 p.m. San Diego Police Homicide Detectives were called to the location and are still investigating the incident.

Suspect’s Description:

The unknown suspect fled the scene northbound on 62nd Street in a dark gray newer model small SUV, possibly a Honda.
