San Diego County Crime Stoppers and investigators from the San Diego Police Department’s Homicide Unit are asking for the public’s help in finding the person(s) responsible for murdering Cherkeiray Jones one year ago.
On March 23, 2017, at approximately 11:08 p.m., an unknown suspect(s) shot 23-year-old Cherkeiray Jones, as he was walking on the 4700 block of Hilltop Drive near Gompers Prep Academy. Jones suffered multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased at the scene.
Investigators are asking for anyone that has information or was a witness to this homicide, to please contact them.
