Israel Hernandez is a Hispanic male, 5’8” tall, and 207 lbs. Hernandez has tattoos on his neck and above and below his left eye.
Anyone with information on the location of Hernandez should call the Crime Stoppers anonymous tip line at (888) 580-8477. If you see Hernandez, you are asked to call 911.
