Enrique Avalos held the victim against her will and sexually assault her. His brother Ramon Avalos is currently in custody in regards to the same incident and is awaiting trial. Enrique Avalos commonly goes by the name "Kiki Avalos". His current whereabouts are unknown and it is believed he may have fled to Mexico, but he is a US citizen. Avalos has family in the southern California area including Riverside. He attended a high school in Chula Vista.
